CHECK OUT: By 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
2. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
3. Avoid loud noises after 23.00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
4. The apartment is not available to implement: parties, celebrations
5. It is forbidden to move the furniture in the apartment (tables, beds etc.).
6. Loss of the keys will cost 20 euro.
7. The Property is not responsible for valuables left in the accommodation.
8. When you leave the apartment are kindly asked to: turn off lights, appliances, TV, air conditioner, close the gas taps and windows.
9. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilet and in the sinks, use the appropriate containers.
